Fast Cash??!!

There was a full page ad in our paper this morning that read "Holiday Cash-Fast!" It certainly caught my attention. It was from a local jewelry store that is holding a gold buying event. Good Morning America did a segment on selling your gold for cash a couple of months ago especially since gold hit $900/ounce. I went through my jewelry box at that time and set aside some gold pieces that I don't wear anymore and that don't have any sentimental value to me. I didn't do anything with the jewelry and it just sat in my closet. I think I am going to go check this out. The ad states that the store "will be happy to examine and professionally weigh them, making you a fair offer, paying you in cash!" I know that they ultimately would like the customer to use the money to buy jewelry from the store, but I really don't need or want any jewelry right now, but I could use some cash for the holidays...fast!!
