I am a foodie and I love to cook for my family, but I don't have time to start a second blog just for food. Therefore on Mondays, right here on FBS, I post one recipe a week.  Most of my recipes use simple ingredients that are probably already in your kitchen.  I use mostly whole foods, because I believe that makes for the most delicious meals.  Enjoy!
