Cancel Your Cable TV | 31 Days to Find $1000

Back in March, we gave up the 24/7 news cycle, Spongebob, and the Millionaire Matchmaker to be a cable TV FREE home.

I was a little nervous about a possible revolt from my kids and husband, but instead, none of us miss cable TV. Our kids aren’t being inundated with commercials, I’ve forgotten about BRAVO TV, and my husband is surviving the football season without ESPN.

We were all a little bummed about not being able to watch Duck Dynasty, my family’s favorite show. But it turns out that we can watch the most current episode on our computer since A & E offers it for a few days after it airs. YAY!

We’re surviving and thriving without CABLE TV and we’re saving $55 a month. Read more about why we kicked cable TV to the curb when our cable company decided we weren’t paying enough for our package.
