This Week’s Dinners:

Saturday: My husband and I had a date night. We received a gift card for Bone Fish Grill for Christmas from my parents and they watched the girls overnight too. woo hoo!

Sunday: Chicken Burrito Bowls with leftover Costco rotisserie chicken.

Monday: Cajun Red Beans & Rice, garden salad, homemade sugar-free applesauce

Tuesday: Easy Lasagna, garden salad

Wednesday: Slow Cooker Chicken Fajita Soup at The Recipe Critic. We liked this soup. We ate it twice and we still have leftovers, so I’m going to put that in the freezer. Hopefully it freezes well.

Thursday: leftovers from Monday and Wednesday nights

Friday: Red Pepper & Feta Burgers, Cheesy Broccoli Twice Baked Potatoes, summer corn.

This Week’s Breakfasts, Lunches & Snacks

For breakfast, we ate eggs & toast, peanut butter & banana toast, green smoothies. For lunches and snacks we ate leftovers, pb & j sandwiches, apples, oranges, tortilla chips & salsa and Girl Scout cookies.

What new dish did you try this week that your family enjoyed? Let us know in the comments.
