How to Grill BBQ Chicken Without Burning It! – Do you see a theme here? I used to destroy BBQ chicken too and then I discovered the secret to grill BBQ chicken and not burning it!

Shrimp & Fish:

Grilled Chili Lime Shrimp – My husband gave this dish 2 thumbs up! It a great dish for a summer celebration, such as Father’s Day or Graduation.

Grilled Salmon with Peach Mango Salsa – Make this 5-star restaurant-quality entree right on our own patio, but for a quarter of the 5-star restaurant price.

Grilled Fish Tacos There’s no law that your tacos have to be ground meat and grilled fish makes a great taco filling!

Burgers!

We love burgers on the grill and eat them at least once a week during the summer. Instead of a plain old burger, I like to add flavors and different ingredients to create a more interesting meal.

Black Bean, Tomato & Feta Salad – A delicious, fresh, and easy salad to throw together. It’s a perfect dish for your next cookout.

Grilled Banana Splits – I took this summer classic dessert up a notch!

Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp – The sweet strawberries and the tart rhubarb blend well together in this yummy goodness.

Blueberry & Peach Crumb Pots – Peach and blueberry is one of my favorite fruit combinations and this has become one of my favorite desserts.
