Homemade Stromboli
  • pizza dough from above recipe or your version
  • your favorite stuffings - meats, vegetables, cheeses.
  • olive oil
  • Oregano
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a long rectangle.
  3. Move dough to a baking sheet covered with parchment paper or a baking mat.
  4. Layer your toppings.
  5. Wrap up the Stromboli and pinch the ends together to seal. I made a fancy braid like you see in the picture, but that is not necessary.
  6. Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle with Oregano.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the Stromboli is golden.
  8. Serve with your favorite marinara sauce.
