20 ways to cook asparagus
There are so many reasons to love spring and the fact that asparagus is in season is one of them.

This is the best time of year to buy & eat asparagus, so I take full advantage of the season. The price is usually fairly cheap too as I often find it on sale for $1.49/pound at this time of year.

Thanks for this! I got 2 bunches of asparagus in my last Bountiful Baskets so this was perfectly timed 🙂 I was going to make your Curried Quinoa & Asparagus Salad, but my daughter used my last garbanzo beans to make hummus ;), so I made the Martha Steward Linguine with Asparagus & Egg, instead. Really good 🙂 Thanks! http://bakeoff-flunkie.blogspot.com/2013/04/pasta-with-asparagus-egg.html

Just wrap it in bacon and put in a moderate oven until bacon is fully cooked. Very easy, very delicious!

I roast a bunch of asaparagus with onions, garlic, olive oil until crispy. Totally worth the extra heat in the kitchen. Can’t wait to try the quinoia salad 🙂

I love asparagus. I pinned this because I bake it the same way every time. I love it but I would love a change once in a while. Thanks!
